I tried using the site, but something just feels off. Pages kept freezing on me, and when I finally got to checkout, the whole process was confusing and didn’t really make sense. It was a pain to get through

"Prescription verification turned into a hassle"
I tried to get my prescription verified, but the whole process ended up being frustrating. They couldn’t verify it, and what made it worse was that no one really explained what the issue was or what I was supposed to do next. If they had just given me a clear reason, it would’ve been a lot easier to understand and deal with.

"Good deal overall"
I saw a few other people mention the prices were better here, so I figured I’d give it a try. it did end up being cheaper than most places I checked, and the shipping was fine. Nothing fancy, but definitely worth it for the price.

I ordered contacts thinking they’d show up quick, but yeah, the shipping was way slower than I expected. The site gave me an estimated delivery date and they came well after that.
I kept checking the tracking and it was just kinda sitting there for days, barely moving. I needed them for work too, so I ended up wearing an old pair longer than I really should’ve.
The price might be decent or whatever, but the wait made it not worth it for me. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Insurance options turned into a bigger hassle than expected"
I tried to use the insurance option, but it just didn’t work the way it was supposed to. On top of that, the payment choices felt really limited, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. I ended up having to reach out for help and ask for the issue to be escalated because it felt like a basic part of the service wasn’t being handled properly.

"Order was mostly right, but still not quite right"
The order was mostly correct, but it still wasn’t completely right. I got most of what I asked for, so that was good, but there were still small issues. It’s just frustrating when an order is almost right but not fully right, because you still have to deal with the part that was wrong

I just logged in and boom, my old prescription and order were already sitting there. Took me like two minutes to reorder my contacts. So much easier than having to start from scratch every single time.

Went to get my contacts and they were out again. It’s happened enough now that it’s getting frustrating, and I’m starting to feel like I can’t really count on them to have what I need in stock

I ended up having to return the wrong contacts, and the whole thing was painless. Customer service was nice enough, no big hassle or back-and-forth, and my refund showed up quicker than I expected. I’d order from them again, for sure.....

"Customer service was just kinda okay"
I had to reach out to Walmart Contacts about my order and they did get back to me, just took a bit longer than I was hoping tbh. The person I talked to was nice enough and got the issue fixed, so that was good. Just wasn’t exactly quick or anything. Not awful, not amazing either... average overall for me.

These contacts arrived in good shape, and the little boxes weren’t crushed or anything. They feel just like the ones I usually wear, which is what I was hoping for. I haven’t had any dry, scratchy, or weird lenses so far, so I’m happy with the quality.
